Friendly staff and easy to order a taxi to and from airport.
The breakfast was not great, good if you like ham and cheese but there was no toaster, and not much hot food. My room was very smoky even though i requested a non smoking room and the pillows were awful.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the city's shopping centres and transportation.

The clean pool
Could hear the neighbours very clearly. Staff knowledge of English was poor. They continuously play a Frank Sinatra cd during breakfast and dinner which was really annoying.

The hotel is rather nice, the only problem is the poor english of all the hotel stuff, but in any case, you can explain them everything. Location is central, and the price is also quite good

Located in a calm area with easy travel by taxi to the city center, Gazi Park is an ideal option for business travelers. the well, maintained rooms equipped with new furniture and comfortable beds ensure a relaxing stay. the excellent service and breakfast quality as highlighted by guests add to the hotel's charm. the convenience of having an on, site pool and a helpful concierge team make for a stress, free trip.
The hotel does not include a free shuttle service to the city center.

The hotel had friendly staff and provided a free breakfast. The rooms were simple and clean, which was just what I needed. The location was great since it was near public transportation and lots of restaurants.
The hotel lacked any amenities like a gym or pool. The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, making it difficult to stay connected with my family back home.

Comfortable stay, great location and delicious food. During my romantic escape, the hotel provided a comfortable stay. the bed was cozy, and the shower was excellent with hot water all the time. the location of the hotel was perfect, with the view of the Palace from the room. the food was above expectation, with many options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Limited amenities and no sports facilities. One downside to this hotel was that it lacked amenities.
